01政策適用範圍
本政策說明「歡樂燒烤店」（Happy BBQ，套件識別碼 com.happybbq.restaurant，以下稱「本 App」）的 Android 與 iOS 版本如何處理資料。本 App 是燒烤店經營遊戲，不需要註冊帳號或登入。
02我們收集哪些資料
本 App 不會透過遊戲收集或上傳可識別你身分的個人資料，例如姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、精確位置、聯絡人或照片，也不會收集廣告識別碼或建立使用者追蹤檔案。
本 App 會在裝置內讀取系統語言及畫面尺寸，用於切換繁體中文、日文或英文，以及調整遊戲畫面；這些資訊不會傳送至開發者伺服器。
03遊戲資料與本機暫存
金幣、桌位、員工、遊戲時間及遊戲內顧客評分等資料，僅用於裝置內的遊戲模擬，不會上傳或與其他使用者分享。遊戲內評分是虛擬顧客的遊戲數值，並非商店評論。
目前版本的遊戲狀態於執行期間保存在記憶體中，結束或重新啟動程式後可能重置，沒有帳號、雲端存檔或跨裝置同步功能。背景音樂使用 App 內附的音訊檔案；播放所需的本機暫存由裝置管理，不含個人資料，也不會上傳。
04裝置權限
本 App 不要求使用相機、麥克風、精確位置、聯絡人或照片的權限。背景音樂僅用於播放遊戲內附的音樂，不會啟用麥克風或錄音。
05第三方服務與資料分享
本 App 沒有整合廣告追蹤、行為分析、社群登入或雲端遊戲資料服務。我們不會出售、出租或透過本 App 向第三方提供個人資料。
你下載本 App 的 App Store 或 Google Play，以及裝置的作業系統，可能依其服務設定處理下載紀錄、裝置資訊或診斷資料。這些由平台管理的資料處理方式，請參閱 Apple 隱私權政策及 Google 隱私權政策。
06兒童隱私
本 App 不透過遊戲收集任何年齡使用者的個人資料。若家長或監護人對兒童使用本 App 有隱私疑問，歡迎透過下方聯絡方式詢問。
07保留、刪除與你的選擇
我們沒有保存遊戲個人資料的開發者伺服器，也沒有需要刪除的遊戲帳號。關閉 App 可結束目前遊戲執行；需要移除 App 及其本機暫存時，可使用裝置提供的清除資料或解除安裝功能。
若你主動聯絡開發者，我們可能收到你提供的聯絡資訊與訊息內容，僅用於回覆及處理詢問，並於處理所需期間保留；依法需保存的情況除外。你可透過相同聯絡方式提出查詢、更正或刪除你所提供資訊的要求。
08政策更新
若未來功能改變資料處理方式，我們會更新本頁及最後更新日期，說明新增的資料用途與相關選擇。
01適用範囲
このポリシーは「楽しい焼肉店」（Happy BBQ、アプリ識別子 com.happybbq.restaurant、以下「本アプリ」）の Android 版および iOS 版におけるデータの取り扱いを説明します。本アプリは焼肉店経営ゲームで、アカウント登録やログインは不要です。
02取り扱う情報
本アプリは、ゲームを通じて氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、正確な位置情報、連絡先、写真などの個人を特定できる情報を収集または送信しません。広告識別子の収集やユーザーの追跡も行いません。
繁体字中国語、日本語、英語の表示切り替えと画面調整のため、端末内でシステムの言語と画面サイズを参照します。この情報を開発者のサーバーに送信することはありません。
03ゲームデータと一時ファイル
コイン、テーブル、従業員、ゲーム時間、ゲーム内のお客様の評価などは、端末内のゲーム進行にのみ使用し、送信や他のユーザーとの共有は行いません。ゲーム内の評価は架空のお客様によるゲーム上の数値であり、アプリストアのレビューではありません。
現在のバージョンでは、ゲームの状態を実行中のメモリに保持しており、終了や再起動でリセットされる場合があります。アカウント、クラウド保存、端末間同期はありません。BGM はアプリに同梱した音声ファイルを使用します。再生に必要な一時ファイルは端末が管理し、個人情報を含まず、送信されません。
04端末の権限
本アプリはカメラ、マイク、正確な位置情報、連絡先、写真へのアクセス権限を要求しません。BGM の再生でマイクを有効にしたり、録音したりすることはありません。
05第三者サービスと共有
本アプリには広告追跡、利用行動の分析、ソーシャルログイン、クラウドのゲームデータサービスは組み込まれていません。本アプリを通じて個人情報を第三者に販売、貸与、提供することはありません。
App Store、Google Play、端末の OS は、それぞれの設定に応じてダウンロード履歴、端末情報、診断情報などを取り扱う場合があります。これらのプラットフォームによる取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーと Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
06お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、年齢にかかわらずゲームを通じてユーザーの個人情報を収集しません。保護者の方にプライバシーに関するご質問がある場合は、下記の連絡方法をご利用ください。
07保存、削除、選択
開発者のサーバーにゲームの個人情報は保存しておらず、削除が必要なゲームアカウントもありません。アプリを閉じると現在のゲーム実行が終了します。アプリや一時ファイルを削除するには、端末のデータ消去機能またはアンインストール機能をご利用ください。
開発者にお問い合わせいただく場合、お客様が提供した連絡先やメッセージを受け取ることがあります。これらはお問い合わせへの回答と対応にのみ使用し、対応に必要な期間保管します。ただし法令で保存が必要な場合を除きます。同じ連絡方法で、提供した情報の確認、訂正、削除を求めることができます。

01Scope
This policy explains how the Android and iOS versions of Happy BBQ (app identifier com.happybbq.restaurant, the “App”) handle information. The App is a barbecue restaurant management game. No account registration or sign-in is required.
02Information we collect
The App does not collect or upload personally identifiable information through gameplay, such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photos. It does not collect advertising identifiers or create user tracking profiles.
The App reads your system language and screen dimensions locally to select Traditional Chinese, Japanese, or English and adjust the game layout. This information is not sent to a developer server.
03Game data and local cache
Coins, tables, employees, game time, and in-game customer ratings are used only for the game simulation on your device. They are not uploaded or shared with other users. In-game ratings are fictional customer values, not app store reviews.
The current version keeps game state in memory while running, so it may reset when the process ends or the App restarts. There are no accounts, cloud saves, or cross-device synchronization. Background music uses audio bundled with the App. Any local playback cache is managed on the device, contains no personal information, and is not uploaded.
04Device permissions
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, or photos. Playing background music does not activate the microphone or record audio.
05Third parties and sharing
The App does not integrate advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, social sign-in, or cloud game data services. We do not sell, rent, or provide personal information to third parties through the App.
The App Store, Google Play, and your device’s operating system may process download history, device information, or diagnostics according to their settings and policies. For these platform services, see the Apple Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
06Children’s privacy
The App does not collect personal information through gameplay from users of any age. Parents or guardians with privacy questions about a child’s use of the App can contact the developer using the details below.
07Retention, deletion, and your choices
We do not maintain a developer server holding personal gameplay information, and there is no game account to delete. Closing the App ends the current game session. To remove the App and its local cache, use your device’s clear-data or uninstall options.
If you contact the developer, we may receive the contact information and message you choose to provide. We use this only to respond to and handle your inquiry, and retain it only as needed for that purpose, unless a longer period is legally required. You can use the same contact method to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided.

If future features change how information is handled, we will update this page and the last-updated date to explain the new uses and your choices.
